Get the Most Out Of Your Session

Below we have included some before, during, and after
care instructions

  • Start hydrating 24 hours in advance. Your body has a much better capacity to heal when well hydrated

  • Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for your sessions

  • We ask that there are no shoes in the EESystem Room, so you may want to bring socks

  • We recommend that you have a light snack before your session.  You don't want to be hungry, but you also don't want your body to be focused on digesting a big meal.

  • Please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of your session so you can familiarize yourself with the space, locate the bathroom, place personal items in your cubby and get comfortable

  • We ask that there are no cell phones or other technology in the EESystem Room except if you wish to listen to your own music or meditation with headphones and airplane mode is on

  • Lights will be dim, but you can bring a sleep mask if you'd like complete darkness

  • Please be courteous to other guests by remaining quiet.  If you are sensitive to noise we have ear plugs for your comfort

  • Please minimize the use of perfumes, oils or other scents as some guests are extremely sensitive to odors

Before

  • Do not touch, bump or fiddle with the screens or machines of the Energy Enhancement System.  Each unit is finely tuned via laser to assure they are in exact location to attain desired effect.

  • Your body heals best when fully relaxed.  Do your best to calm your body and mind.  Light naps are ideal, many will go into a deep meditation.

  • Only water is permitted in the EESystem Room.  Snacks and other beverages are permitted in the waiting area.  The Center provides filtered water for our members.

  • For those who bring items into the energy room, please use a soft bag that makes no noise when retrieving your items.

  • Although we have done our best to minimize outside noise, there is some light background noise from the machines and HVAC, as well as periodic noise from other members.  Please use headphones or earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

  • The Northern Lights Energetics EESystem Room is equipped with shades and dim lights.  The EESystem units will produce photonic light via the system's screens, therefore the use of eyeshades is suggested for those who are sensitive to light.

  • We have blankets for your comfort, however feel free to bring your own as well as a pillow if you like.

During

  • Most members feel rested and rejuvenated after their session.  Continue to drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out of your system.

  • Some members experience detoxification symptoms as toxins are released from the body.  These symptoms are temporary and indicate that additional detoxification measures should be taken.

  • Detoxification baths using special ingredients to draw out toxins are recommended after each session.  These ingredients are available for purchase, or you can create your own.

  • If you experience detoxification symptoms, don't be discouraged.  This is proof that the EESystem is having the desired effects.  As you continue to absorb the energy fields, the detox reaction will lessen and eventually disappear.

  • EESystem wearables (medallions and bracelets) are super-charged with EESystem technology to provide ongoing, personalized, energy fields.  These are available for purchase at our Center.
